The vivo X300 Pro leads the series with an upgraded ZEISS-engineered triple rear camera setup. It packs a 50MP Sony LYT-828 main sensor (1/1.28-inch, f/1.57 aperture) with Gimbal OIS for superior stability, a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens, and a powerful 200MP Samsung HPB telephoto sensor (1/1.4-inch). On the front, vivo adds a 50MP JN1 sensor for crystal-clear selfies and video calls.

Powering this beast is the MediaTek Dimensity 9500 chipset, paired with the vivo V3+ imaging chip. The phone supports up to 16GB of RAM and 512GB of UFS storage. A large 6,510mAh battery fuels the device, offering 90W wired and 40W wireless charging — ensuring quick top-ups without compromise.

The vivo X300 continues the flagship feel but in a more compact body. It’s powered by the same Dimensity 9500 SoC, paired with up to 16GB RAM and 512GB storage. The highlight is its 6.31-inch 8T LTPO display with 120Hz refresh rate and 1216 x 2640 pixel resolution, offering smooth visuals and accurate colors.

In the camera department, the X300 features a 200MP Samsung HPB primary sensor (1/1.4-inch, f/1.68), a 50MP Sony LYT-602 APO telephoto camera, and a 50MP Samsung JN1 ultrawide lens. The same JN1 sensor is also used for selfies.

The device is slim and lightweight at 190g and 7.95mm thickness, while retaining IP68/IP69 protection. It’s available in Black, Blue, Pink, and Purple shades, and runs OriginOS 6 based on Android 16. The 6,040mAh battery supports 90W wired and 40W wireless charging.
